At Northtown Construction, building homes isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are. Owner Adam Deardorff and his brother, John Deardorff, bring a lifetime of hard work, craftsmanship, and dedication to every project.
Adam and John grew up in the remote working camps of southeast Alaska, where their father worked as a logger. From an early age, they learned the value of grit, perseverance, and precision. Later moving to Oregon, they made the Pacific Northwest their home—rooting their careers in the same rugged determination they grew up with.
Today, Adam leads Northtown Construction with a sharp eye for detail and a talent for managing the big picture. He oversees project management, permitting, and procurement while collaborating closely with architects, designers, and works directly with clients to keep projects running seamlessly.
On the ground, John serves as foreman, bringing decades of residential building, framing, and carpentry experience. Known for his hands-on skills and problem-solving, John ensures every build meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. Together, Adam and John form a team built on trust, precision, and a true love of building.
